With Rowan Robertson on guitar with only 17 years old and great musician unfortunately the album Lock up the wolves is with Magica the weakest albums DIO has created in his entire career, the song list is great and at certain point full of rainbow classics, also a Keyboard solo by Jens Johansson (Ex- Yngwie Malmsteen and now in Stratovarious) the solo is amazing but out of order, unfortunately DIO wasted the talent of these 2 great musicians with horrible results that lead him to back in Black Sabbath, the sound of this one is very good and according with the covers is a full stereo soundboard anyway is not as a killer as you could expect by moments sounds like a cheap radiobroadcast in fact I think that’s what it is.
