The Cure: Robert’s Birthday

Review

This by now is the legendary mammoth concert done on Robert’s birthday, this day there was an earthquake, rain and a sold out to give us the longest concert so far with 4 hours 16 minutes and the more songs ever played with 50, this version was recorded by Rodrigo Labastida Bello, and for an open air, windy, rainy conditions he did a marvelous job, about the performance in general is really good the band was happy that day, anyway at the end of the show they sound a little bit tired, Three imaginary boys and Fire in Cairo were played just by Robert on his electro acoustic guitar, from time to time there are cuts between the songs to switch the MD, but in general almost nothing of the music is lost.
