Tapers note: hey Anathema fans,

30th of may was the first live show in 2007 for Anathema. Location was Dordrecht, the place where I was born. The venue is an old church, maybe a bit too small for the heavy sound they produced, but it was really great. The first few songs were really a wall of sound, but Vincents voice is solid as a rock.

Great show with a lot of enthusiasm and a few surprises: the first time ever they did A fine day to exit live. And a new song, called Hide inside (if I am right) an instrumental, reminds me of Violence.

Lee Douglas was also there, really one of the best female singers at this moment.

You can hear the plastic cups for the beer rolling over the floor, I hope it's not too annoying.
