This is in my opinion the only period in time when a band could challenge Dimmu Borgir as the best ever Black metal band, still with Sverd and Astenu in the band they performed like the GODS, unfortunately being still really unknown, they were one of the first bands in play and the just played 30 minutes, and the sound, Oh my God, what a horrible sound, you could think Dynamo, probably a soundboard recording, well that is not the case and the sound is awful, but being the only performance from this period recorded (I haven’t seen other) this becomes in a must have for Covenant fans.
